Cookie policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (local storage) used on https://ringhum.com and in the Ringhum dashboard, in line with Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR.
1. What we use
We use two kinds of cookies and storage. Strictly necessary ones run the site and do not require consent. Advertising cookies from Google Ads and X are only set if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie notice; with "Essential only" none of them are set. We do not use third-party analytics cookies; our own visitor statistics are cookieless and stored only as aggregated totals (see the Privacy policy).

Advertising (only with your consent)
These let us measure whether our ads on Google and X lead to visits and sign-ups, and show our ads to people who have visited the site. They also report a sign-up or subscription made after an ad click. Apart from the one page shown right after such an event, they are not loaded in the dashboard.

Until you consent, the X pixel is not loaded at all. The Google tag is loaded in Consent Mode with all storage denied: it sets and reads no cookies, and only sends Google limited, cookieless signals (such as the page address, time and browser type) so that ad measurement can be modelled in aggregate. Google Ireland Limited and Twitter International Unlimited Company also process the data they collect for their own purposes; see our Privacy policy.
2. Third-party content
Sign-in with Google or Apple, and integrations you connect (Google Calendar, Slack, HubSpot and others), send you to those providers' sites, which set their own cookies under their own policies. Apart from the Google and X advertising scripts described above, the website loads fonts and scripts from our own servers.
3. Managing cookies
You can change or withdraw your consent to advertising cookies at any time: and choose again. Withdrawing consent stops further advertising cookies from being set; cookies already stored can be deleted in your browser settings.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking the session or CSRF cookie will stop the dashboard from working. Local storage entries can be cleared from the browser's site data settings.
4. Changes
If we add further cookies that require consent (for example analytics), we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.
