Sub-processors

AA ENTERTAINMENT LTD uses the following sub-processors to provide Ringhum. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and, where data leaves the EEA, by an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses. Customers are notified by email at least 30 days before a new sub-processor handles their data (see the DPA). Tools you connect yourself in Integrations are recipients acting on your instruction, not sub-processors.

Ringhum selects the speech, language and voice providers used on the platform; each provider receives only the data needed to handle the calls it processes.
