Calendars and busy times

Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity and Square Appointments all feed busy blocks into availability, cached for two minutes. Google and Outlook are two-way: bookings made by the assistant are written to the calendar and updated or removed on reschedule and cancellation. Use "Stop writing bookings" to make a calendar read-only.
